A firm believer that small beginnings can lead to great achievements, Ee Son maximised all the opportunities available with his Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management:

  1. He fondly recalls his 2023 immersion trip at Tama University in Japan, where he gained valuable cross-cultural exposure alongside his classmates. It was his first trip to the land of the rising sun, and he had fun learning about the culture firsthand.
  2. He gained real-world experience during his Overseas Internship Programme in 2024 at JW Marriott Hanoi, where he served as a Food and Beverage Management Trainee.
  3. Inspired by NYP's Entrepreneurship module, Ee Son is turning his classroom concept into a real venture – Ryoshinfood, a small F&B business specialising in freeze-dried snacks. “The research from assignments turned my business into a reality, by offering healthy snacks to students,” he shared.
